A fresh start in Groot-Bijgaarden: how Input For You is reshaping its future<\/strong><\/h2>

A talk with Nicolas Coppens (CEO) and Alain Dewispelaere (Chief Customer Value Officer)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

This summer, Input For You packed its boxes and moved to Groot-Bijgaarden. Not just for the sake of a new address but because the company is evolving, growing and stepping further into its digital future. We caught up with CEO Nicolas Coppens and Chief Customer Value Officer Alain Dewispelaere to talk about the move, the future and everything in between.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In a freshly renovated building with historic roots, the team now works on one floor, with more light, more space and the infrastructure to support their increasingly tech-driven workflows.<\/p>

What does this move mean for Input For You?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> With the gradual decline in paper volumes\u2014as seen with clients like Pluxee\u2014it made sense to scale more smartly. We didn\u2019t lose business: we just saw a shift from paper to digital inbound.<\/a> Our old location had us split over two levels, which wasn’t ideal. The new building allows for better teamwork and is more in line with how we want to evolve as a tech-driven company.<\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> Absolutely. The old office was showing its age: maintenance costs were rising and it simply no longer met our standards. This new space gives us a fresh start, one that fits the hybrid and tech-forward nature of our operations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Why choose Groot-Bijgaarden?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> We were looking for something more modern, more energy-efficient and closer to the city. When we found this building\u2014formerly the Corelio print site\u2014it all made sense. One big space where we can handle both physical and digital workflows. It’s actually our fifth office since founding, and every move has been a step up.<\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> And thanks to our neighbours at Novo Nordisk, we were already familiar with the location. The decision to move here came quickly. We’re also excited about the architectural elements that FUTURN kept intact. It\u2019s a building with both character and efficiency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What makes this building future-proof?<\/strong><\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> It\u2019s designed with sustainability and automation in mind: solar panels, smart lighting, energy-saving equipment and modern infrastructure. We also recently upgraded our scanners from Bantec to Kodak, which are more energy-efficient and powerful. Everything in the building supports our transition from logistics-focused to tech-focused operations.<\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> And let\u2019s not forget the data angle. We now have a dedicated in-house data center that serves as a daily failover for our primary systems. That ensures maximum uptime and continuity, which is key in our line of work.<\/p>

How does this new space help improve your services?<\/strong><\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> For one, we can welcome clients in a more professional and central environment. We\u2019re a bit closer to the heart of Brussels, which helps. And having all teams in one space boosts internal collaboration. It creates better alignment, which leads to better service.<\/p>

What will your team notice most about the new office?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> The space, for sure. It\u2019s open, bright, and designed for teamwork. It reflects who we are now and where we\u2019re heading. It\u2019s also a signal in the race for talent: we want to offer a workspace that people are proud to work in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What are your ambitions for the coming years from this new HQ?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> Our goal is to become a full-fledged service-tech company. We want to play an essential role in our clients’ processes, especially in the inbound document flow. We’re already deeply involved, but we want to go further: use AI, automation and smart workflows to bring even more value.<\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> We\u2019re piloting Agentic AI to enable advanced metadata recognition and AI-assisted workflows<\/a> in the insurance sector. The next step is end-to-end automation. We\u2019ll always keep the human check where it matters because we want our clients to trust that the process simply works.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Where do you see the most growth potential?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> We see plenty of opportunities within our existing client base, especially in insurance<\/a>. Diversifying is tough, but we believe there\u2019s still untapped potential there. We\u2019re also strong in healthcare<\/a>, which has close links to the evolving eHealth landscape.<\/p>

And where do you hope Input For You will be five years from now?<\/strong><\/p>

Nicolas:<\/strong> Honestly, two years ago we didn\u2019t think we\u2019d already be where we are today. In five years, we hope to have strengthened our position in Belgium even more, possibly expanded into another sector and continued evolving as a tech-first company.<\/p>

Alain:<\/strong> And we\u2019ll keep doing what works: staying close to our customers, keeping an eye on tech trends and making sure we have the right people in the right roles. That\u2019s how we grow: step by step.<\/p>
